India, Aug. 6 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Kartavya Bhavan, also known as the Central Secretariat Building-3, on Wednesday.

The newly inaugurated Bhavan will be a part of the 10 buildings of the Common Central Secretariat under the Central Vista redevelopment project to be constructed in the next 22 months.
