India, Dec. 10 -- A fight between two teens at North Forsyth High School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on Tuesday morning led to one of the students fatally stabbing another in what the Forsyth County Sheriff called as a "tragic loss of life." It was described as a "targeted attack" that stemmed from "an altercation" between the two students.

Sheriff Bobby Kimborough of Forsyth County said at a press conference earlier today that the incident occurred around 11 a.m. local time and that police responded with "all hands on deck."
