India, June 14 -- Authorities revealed that the suspect behind the assassination of Representative Melissa Hortman left behind a disturbing "manifesto" and a list of potential future targets, which included several high-profile Minnesota Democrats, as reported by ABC News. The list, which was confirmed by law enforcement, featured names such as Governor Tim Walz, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, Senator Tina Smith, and Attorney General Keith Ellison.

The materials were recovered from the suspect's vehicle after he fled the scene of a shootout with police, Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Bruley confirmed during Saturday's press conference.
