VVIP chopper case: Ed calls michel's plea for release misleading
New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- The Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday told a Delhi court that the plea to be released by the alleged middleman in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper scam, Christian Michel James,was misleading as he had not completed the maximum sentence of seven years in the money laundering case for which he was extradited from the UAE. The federal agency, through a two-page written note, submitted before special judge Sanjay Jindal.
