India, Jan. 1 -- VinFast emerged as the fourth highest-selling electric vehicle brand in India in December 2025, finishing ahead of several established players despite having a limited product lineup.

According to the latest monthly EV sales data on Vahan portal, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility led the market with 6,434 units, followed by JSW MG Motor India with 3,555 units. Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd took third place with 3,065 units. VinFast Auto India Pvt Ltd ranked fourth, recording 375 units during the month.
