India, May 3 -- Actor Vijay Deverakonda has expressed his "sincere regret" after a police complaint was filed against him for alleged derogatory comments made against tribal people. Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, Vijay clarified that he had "absolutely no intention to hurt or target any community". The actor also clarified in which context he used the word tribe.
