India, Jan. 31 -- The Director of Intelligence Bureau (IB), Tapan Deka, has a sense of satisfaction that 25 years after he investigated the 26/11 Mumbai massacre by the banned Lashkar-e-Tayyeba (LeT) jihadists, one of the key orchestrators of the Pakistani ISI plot, Tahawwur Rana, is being extradited from the US to India.
Deka was IB's operations chief at that time and landed in Mumbai to investigate the terror strike with US FBI technological support a week after the attack.
