India, Aug. 30 -- Jessica Pegula advanced to the Round 4 of the US Open after beating Victoria Azarenka 6-1, 7-5 at the Arthur Ashe Stadium on Friday. The fifth seed from the US advanced to the fourth round in straight sets, remaining unbeaten in the tournament.

Pegula came out strong, dominating the opening set by breaking Azarenka's serve twice and dictating the pace with quick rallies that left little room for recovery.
