India, March 21 -- The US Department of State released the April 2025 Visa Bulletin this week, introducing several changes to employment-based (EB) immigrant visa categories. India's EB-5 Unreserved category has retrogressed by over two years to November 1, 2019, while China's EB-5 Unreserved category has moved back approximately two and a half years to January 22, 2014.
India's EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories were advanced. EB-4 visas are currently unavailable for all countries until October 1, 2025.
