India, Nov. 6 -- Hit by government shutdown, US will reportedly order a 10% cut in flights at 40 major US airports, as US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy cited air traffic control safety concerns, adding that the cuts could be reversed if Democrats agreed to reopen the government.
