Lucknow, Dec. 27 -- The number of voters with "uncollectible" forms in Uttar Pradesh has declined by 700,000 in the last 15 days - from 29.6 million on December 11 to 28.9 million on December 26 - data available with the office of the UP chief electoral officer (CEO) has revealed. The development came on the day the extended enumeration phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls concluded in UP on Friday. The final data of "uncollectible" forms will be available on December 31 when the Election Commission of India publishes the draft electoral rolls.
