India, Feb. 24 -- A total of 54,37,233 students are eligible to appear for the UP Board Class 10 and 12 exams in 2025. The board has set up 8,140 centres in the state to conduct the exams.

The first day, the first shift of Uttar Pradesh Class 10 and 12 board exams started. This shift will end at 11:45 am.

Board officials said that this year, first aid facilities will also be available at all exam centres. They added that trained psychiatrists will be available to help students manage anxiety and mental pressure.

On the first day, the exam will be held in two shifts-

Shift 1 (from 8:30 am to 11:45 am)

Class 10- Hindi, Elementary Hindi

Class 12- Military Science

Shift 2 (from 2 pm to 5:15 pm)
