India, Dec. 31 -- US president Donald Trump is "stepping up the pressure" to end the Russia-Ukraine war - in its fourth year - through his 28-point peace plan. His plan for peace in Ukraine would force the country to give up additional territory in the east, cap the size of its military, and agree it will never join Nato. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has ruled out surrendering land, saying he has "no right" to do so under Ukrainian or international law.
