New Delhi, Feb. 14 -- A Rs.1 lakh-crore Urban Challenge Fund (UCF), an ambitious 33.7 km underwater rail-cum-road tunnel in Assam and expansion of the Metro network in Noida were among a slew of infrastructure projects approved on Friday during the last meeting of the Union Cabinet at the South Block office in the British-era secretariat, people familiar with the matter said.
