Noida, Jan. 1 -- Two men in their 20s were killed late on Tuesday apparently after being rammed by a vehicle against an iron grille at the entrance of a school in Noida Sector 37. Police registered a case of rash driving and causing death by negligence. But friends and family of the victims alleged that the deaths were the fallout of an altercation at a pushcart in Sector 30. The other group, who were in an SUV, chased the two who had left the scene and rammed them into the iron grille, killing them, they alleged. The bodies of Basant Khasu, 22, a second-year hotel management student, and Rohan Mandal, 26, who worked with the fire department, and their bike, were found lodged against the entry grille of Army Public School in Sector 37.
