India, Oct. 31 -- In a rapid escalation of the nuclear rivalry between the United States and Russia, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that Washington will recommence nuclear-weapons testing. This move from Trump seems to be prompted by Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent claims of a new "invincible" missile.
