New Delhi, July 14 -- Assembly speaker Vijender Gupta on Sunday said the assembly is transitioning to a fully digital legislature under the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA). Gupta was briefing India's Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar about initiatives undertaken to modernise the functioning of the Delhi Legislative Assembly.
He added that after commissioning a 500kW solar power project at the assembly premises, it will operate entirely on renewable energy. "We are also developing the Delhi Assembly as a heritage complex.
