India, March 28 -- Several trains operating in the Pune division will be cancelled in April due to ongoing railway infrastructure work at Kotarlia station in Bilaspur division, South East Central Railway, said officials.
The work, aimed at commissioning the fourth line connectivity on the Raigarh-Jharsuguda Junction section, will take place over a 13-day period from April 11 to April 23, involving a pre-non-interlocking (Pre-NI) phase followed by a non-interlocking (NI) phase, a statement from Indian Railways stated.
Santragachi-Pune Express (train no 20822) will not operate on April 12 and April 19, while its return service, Pune-Santragachi Express (train no 20821), will remain cancelled on April 14 and April 21.
