New Delhi, Jan. 1 -- The Delhi Police has claimed in its charge sheet that a 52-year-old deputy secretary in the Union finance ministry, killed in a BMW crash in September, remained alive for at least 15 minutes after being run over and could have survived with timely medical aid.
The 400-page document was submitted before the Patiala house court last week.
Citing the victim, Navjot Singh's, autopsy report, the charge sheet said: "The survival time of the deceased was at least 15 minutes as per the PM report.further details are being clarified."
