India, Nov. 19 -- A three-member committee headed by Joint Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Rajendra Muthe has held three individuals directly responsible for the Rs.300-crore Mundhwa land deal involving Amadea Enterprises LLP, a firm linked to Parth Pawar. The inquiry has named Sheetal Tejwani, Digvijay Patil and suspended sub-registrar Ravindra Taru for their roles in facilitating the sale of a 40-acre government-owned land parcel. However, the committee has not indicted Parth Pawar, with officials noting that he is not a signatory to any of the documents related to the transaction.
