India, April 18 -- Texas has been rattled by a series of small earthquakes within the past 24 hours, raising eyebrows in the typically calm region. The latest, a 3.3 magnitude quake, struck at 9:01 a.m. ET near Mentone in West Texas, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS). Just two hours earlier, a 2.3 magnitude tremor was recorded in the same area, hinting at a possible cluster of seismic activity.
