In a candid Reddit post, the techie, who has worked as a full-stack Stack Software Developer at two universities for the past nine years, shared his struggles and noted that despite having an impressive resume and a master's degree from the University of Michigan, he he has only received one recruiter screening call, which was ultimately rejected by the hiring manager.
