India, Jan. 22 -- Police filed a second FIR on Wednesday against five builders, including arrested MZ Wiztown promoter Abhay Kumar, in the case of a software engineer who drowned in a water-filled pit in Sector 150, Noida. The new charges relate to environmental protection. The FIR, accessed by HT, quotes sub-inspector Regal Kumar describing an unbarricaded, deep pit filled with water for years near a public road with no warning signs. "It poses a serious hazard... and may become a cause of a public disaster," it says.htc
