India, March 28 -- A teacher at a Minnesota school is accused of using a sixth grader as a "stepping stool" during a school safety drill, reported the Star Tribune. Citing the court documents, the outlet reported that Jason Rogers has confessed to standing on the student's back.

The outlet reported that the kid's mother told authorities that the teacher's act left the student "walking around like an 80-year-old from the pain." The educator is now facing criminal charges.
