India, Jan. 10 -- Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. has crossed a cumulative production milestone of 10 million two-wheelers in India, marking an important point in its 20 year presence in the country. The company rolled out its 10 millionth unit from its Gurugram facility, underscoring how steadily it has scaled operations in one of the most competitive two-wheeler markets globally.

After beginning operations in 2006, the company reached its first 5 million units in 2020. What followed, however, was a faster phase of expansion, with the next 5 million units produced in just six years. The milestone unit was the Access Ride Connect Edition, reflecting the central role the Access nameplate has played in Suzuki's India story.
