India, Dec. 10 -- Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana government to invest Rs.600 crore in developing a 100-acre Grade A industrial and warehousing park, the company said in a statement on December 10.

The agreement was inked at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 held at Bharat Future City, and aligns with the state's long-term ambition of becoming a $3-trillion economy by 2047 through accelerated growth in manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, and advanced industries.
