India, Dec. 3 -- Popular American series Stranger Things Season 5 has become the most-watched English-language series debut in Netflix history. According to reports, the latest season of the sci-fi series drew 59.6 million views in its first five days, marking the best premiere-week viewership for an English-language series ever on the streaming platform, and the third-highest debut overall, behind only Seasons 2 and 3 of the Korean sci-fi series Squid Game.
