New Delhi, Dec. 10 -- A Delhi court on Tuesday issued notices to senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and the Delhi Police seeking their response on a petition challenging a magistrate's order refusing filing of an FIR on the allegation that her name was included in the electoral rolls three years before she became an Indian citizen. The judge posted the matter for hearing on January 6, asking Gandhi and police to respond to the notice before that. P8
