India, July 12 -- Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday laid foundation stones and inaugurated projects worth Rs.1,087.81 crore at the LARITI International Centre for Performing Arts and Culture in Shillong. The initiatives span tourism, sports, digital infrastructure, and women's empowerment, and come under the Centre's flagship capital expenditure support programme.HTC
