KOHIMA, Nov. 14 -- Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman arrived in Nagaland on Thursday on a three-day visit. Chief minister Neiphiu Rio, who received Sitharaman at the Dimapur Airport, said that the state looked forward to her guidance in strengthening developmental initiatives and economic growth. After a brief halt in Dimapur, the Union minister flew to Kiphire, the central government's "aspirational district" in Nagaland, and reviewed ongoing development projects.
