India, Nov. 19 -- The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice on an application filed by Delhi environment minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa seeking production of a police officer's report that had allegedly recorded the presence of Congress leader Kamal Nath during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in the Capital.

The case relates to the killing of two Sikh men - Inderjeet Singh and Manmohan Singh - burnt alive inside Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib on November 1, 1984.

A bench of Justice Ravinder Dudeja sought responses from the Centre and the Delhi Police and fixed January 15 as the next date of hearing.
