India, Oct. 11 -- Shubman Gill shrugged off the disappointments of a terrible mix-up that resulted in the run out of Yashasvi Jaiswal by hitting his 10th Test century. The day began on a difficult note for Gill. He was involved in the runout of Jaiswal, who looked set for his third double century in Test cricket and beyond but the Indian captain did not let the incident distract him. He kept his concentration going and brought up his century in the second session on Saturday.
Gill, who broke records for fun in the his first series as the Indian Test captain and that too in England, continued the same even in his first series as captain at home.
