India, Nov. 4 -- As winter sets in, Delhi-NCR's air quality continues to deteriorate, raising questions about whether AQI levels should influence property prices. On November 4, there was little respite from pollution, with the region's overall Air Quality Index (AQI) at 311 categorised as 'very poor.' According to data from the Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) Sameer app, monitoring stations at Alipur (421), Wazirpur (407), Bawana (402), and Anand Vihar (412) recorded 'severe' air quality levels.
