India, July 8 -- The Bihar police said that it has arrested another accused in Gopal Khemka's murder case. According to Additional Director General of Police Kundan Krishnan, the accused that has been arrested is the shooter who killed prominent businessman and BJP leader Gopal Khemka late Friday night outside his residence in Patna.

"The facts that have come in the investigation are that the shooter has been arrested, and we have the evidence against him," said ADG Krishnan.

He added that the police has evidence against a man named Ashok Sahu, who allegedly gave money to the contract killers to carry out the murder. However, the police has not been able to figure out the motive behind the murder yet.
