India, April 20 -- Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko was arrested in Kochi on Saturday in a drug case before being released on bail. His brother, Joe John Chacko, spoke to reporters outside the police station and responded with sarcasm when asked about drug deal allegations, according to an OnManorama report. Joe was asked about Shine's alleged Rs.20,000 transaction with a known drug dealer in Kochi. He responded, "This is someone who won't even give me Rs.5000 when I ask for it, how will he play Rs.20,000 to someone else?"
