New Delhi, March 3 -- Global negotiations under the Trump administration carry a sobering message for the Global South. Ideals like justice, fairness and a better world for all, are not even a fig leaf. Shifting to more transactional bilateral relationships is being normalised rapidly. The history of colonialism and financial drain has no place in this discourse. In fact, it enables new clashes and altered priorities. This is likely to cause enormous harm to the Global South.
