Severed arm thrown into Yamuna, boy got jab meant for cattle
Gurugram, Jan. 9 -- The owner of a dairy farm, arrested for illegally confining and causing grievous injuries to a 15-year-old boy, has told police he administered a tetanus injection intended for cattle after the child's arm was severed in a machine, and that he threw the limb into the Yamuna, before abandoning him on the road, investigators said on Thursday.
The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Anil, was arrested on December 30 in connection with the July 2025 incident. His statements to investigators have provided gruesome details in a case that sparked a six-month, multi-state manhunt.
