India, Nov. 3 -- Sett Warren, the former mayor of Newton, Massachusetts, has passed away "suddenly" at his home on Sunday. The Harvard Kennedy School, where Setti Warren was Director at the Institute of Politics, confirmed his passing in a statement. He was 55 years old.
