New Delhi, Jan. 20 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a petition by expelled BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar, seeking suspension of his sentence in connection with the custodial death of the Unnao rape victim's father, concluding the offence was grave and had a deep societal impact.
The victim's father was thrashed by Sengar's aide in 2018, when the former had gone with his co-workers in Unnao to attend a hearing in the rape case. P10
