New Delhi, March 13 -- The Supreme Court has said it will scrutinise India's unresolved traffic challan burden, which has soared to Rs.28,844 crore, and sought the Centre's response on how to evolve a mechanism for a time bound recovery of the amounts pending with transport departments, traffic police, and courts.
