SC allows Delhi govt to take back AAP-era cases against LG
New Delhi, May 24 -- The Supreme Court on Friday allowed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led Delhi government to withdraw seven petitions filed by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, which had challenged lieutenant governor VK Saxena's alleged overreach in matters concerning environmental oversight, administrative decisions, and appointments.
