New Delhi, Aug. 15 -- Credit rating agency S&P Global raised India's long-term sovereign credit ratings from 'BBB-' to 'BBB', the first upgrade in 18 years, which will significantly reduce costs of corporate offshore borrowings and the sovereign debt. The agency gave a stable outlook on the country's economic growth and said the effects of US tariffs announced by President Donald Trump would be manageable. P20
