Patna, Nov. 25 -- The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has sent legal notices to 32 Bhojpuri, Maithili and Magahi artistes over songs mentioning the party and its leaders, including Lalu Prasad and Tejashwi Yadav, with leaders alleging that these songs "tarnished its image" during the recently concluded Bihar assembly elections. "The notices ask why permission was not sought to use the party and leaders' names and their image," RJD spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav said on Monday. P8
