India, April 19 -- Checking into a hotel room can be tedious at times. You book a room and arrive at the property, and manytimes, there is a queue of people waiting to check-in. If you're travelling in a group, you'll have to wait longer at the reception counter. When you arrive, they ask for confirmation of your identification. After your money and identity are verified, you are handed the key to your room. Or, if they have a digital lock, enter the code.
You long for a tall glass of refreshing lemonade, and you get on the phone, look for room service, and place your order. Yes, it is a five- or even seven-star hotel, but you still have to go through the motions.
