India, July 31 -- Ghaziabad The newly appointed Ghaziabad district magistrate (DM) Ravindra Kumar Mandar on Wednesday said that handling public grievances, developing the district through innovation, and also making it clean, green, and pollution-free for an all-round development will be among his priorities.

The 2013-batch IAS officer, hailing from Jaipur, Rajasthan, who took charge as the DM on Wednesday, visited the ancient Dudheshwar Nath temple, and offered prayers. He also met temple chief priest Mahant Narayan Giri.
