Jaipur, Dec. 15 -- Rajasthan chief minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Sunday ordered a high-level inquiry into allegations that three legislators sought commissions for releasing funds from the MLA local area development (LAD) scheme. The committee is headed by the state's chief vigilance commissioner (additional chief secretary, home) Bhaskar A Sawant, along with chief secretary V Srinivasan and director general of police Rajeev Sharma, to investigate the matter. The MLA-LAD accounts of the accused legislators have been frozen pending the outcome of the inquiry.
