MAHAKUMBH NAGAR, Feb. 26 -- To cater to the needs of the large number of pilgrims expected to return to their hometowns after bathing at Sangam on Mahashivaratri, which will likely lead to heavy crowds at railway stations, the North Central Railway, North Eastern Railway and Northern Railway have made extensive preparations.
