New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Calling the relief package of Rs.1,600 crore "a grave injustice to Punjab", leader of the Opposition (LoP) in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has written to PM Narendra Modi, demanding a comprehensive relief package for the flood-affected state. "During my recent visit, I witnessed the shocking devastation and its human cost. Over 4 lakh acres of paddy crop have been destroyed, and over 10 lakh animals have perished.
