India, Aug. 15 -- Braving heavy rain, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday, August 15, stood alongside party president Mallikarjun Kharge as he hoisted the Tricolour at Indira Bhawan in Delhi on the occasion of Independence Day.
