Chandigarh, June 19 -- The murder of social media influencer Kanchan Kumari was "immoral" as "nobody has the right to kill someone in the name of vigilantism", Punjab Women Commission chairperson Raj Rani Gill said on Wednesday, even as she called the content on her social media handle "vulgar". "It was a cold-blooded murder. I am totally against the immoral acts but nobody has the right to kill anybody in the name of vigilantism," said the chairperson. She also called for strong regulation to "monitor indecent content" on social media. "How can a family accept money earned through indecent acts and videos," she said while talking to mediapersons.
